What Love to Me
I will tell thee what love is to me, it is that fountain of youth; that will never grow old. It is a bright sunny day mixed with a little rain. Love rules the land, and in the air, we breathe, for love is a little piece of heaven on earth, for men and women below, and from the heavens above. It is peace with my soul, and it’s a struggle with my heart. It is the perfect sum of all delights, that can be sweet and a little bit bitter all at the same time. It's my internal flame that can never be put out, though it might grow dim from time to time it always will come back brighter than the stars above. It is like a circle that never ends. I long for the return of love, and some day it will come out of its slumber at long last and be blessed by that special someone. I will know the touch of love because it will be the love of my life. I will try to here with my eyes and see with my heart. I will not love her for her smile, nor will love her for her looks or her gentle touch, it will be from her loving sole.
